Our developers are currently working on a project we have code-named the Growth Project.
This project is designed to help PayBox reach our growth goals and begin work to “Open the
Box” within a matter of months. Once ready for use, this project will allow you, our EarlyBird
users, to receive direct cash payments—outside your PayBox account.

We are planning to have this project ready to go live by the end of January.

I will post updates on this project as it progresses. Blog post updates on our current projects are
scheduled for Thursday and Friday every week.

Our primary goal is to “Open the Box”.

Question: What does that mean? What would it include?

Answer: Opening the box means providing everything you would find in a full-featured payment processor:

• Debit cards linked to PayBox accounts.
• Easily buy and sell using your PayBox account.
• Easily send and receive money using your PayBox account.
• Purchase from nearly any online merchant.
• Withdraw to nearly any bank account world-wide.
• Possibly withdraw to other online payment processors.
• In-exchange from any major world currency.
• Out-exchange to any major world currency.

What will it take to “open the box"?

EarlyBird Users need to refer - referrals are the prime acquisition needed to boost the workforce i.e. More
Early Bird Users to eventually test the new online payment processor in all of its facets before the "Box"
opens permanently!

We estimate that at the current rate, we will begin working to “Open the Box”
in early April.

Yes, that is a bit later than initial estimates, but that is because EarlyBird user

activity has slowed a bit since mid-November. That’s fine. Our next project is

still in the works, and we expect it to give a real boost to our growth.

Our upcoming “growth project” is designed to put more power in the hands of you —

our EarlyBird users. As mentioned before, it will feature direct cash payments, outside

your PayBox balance.

Participation in the upcoming growth project is optional, but it is a good fit for anyone

who wants to begin receiving direct cash payments, is excited to share PayBox and

Projects Update for Fri, Dec 3

Here’s an update on our current projects:

Merchant Interest Survey

This project is designed to help us understand where our users would

most like to spend their PayBox balance. Eventually we plan to have a

completely “open box” system, allowing our users to spend at nearly any

merchant world-wide. However, this will take time and happen in stages.

As we develop our service and begin to “Open the Box”, we will make it

available to select merchants first for testing purposes. We’ll start by opening

the service to a small group of merchants first, and then open it up to

progressively larger groups as we test and verify that our service and the

systems it is built upon are working properly.

Merchant Interest Survey estimated launch: Monday, December 6.

Growth Project

This project is still in early development stages. It’s a very exciting project that

is designed to put more power in the hands of our EarlyBird users. It will provide

direct cash payments (outside of your PayBox account) as an incentive to spread

the word about PayBox. This project should help us reach our Stage 2 growth goals

sooner and begin work to “Open the Box”.

Growth Project estimated launch: Sometime before January 15.

PayBox - TheNext Feature!

Just a quick update today. Our developers have made a lot of progress

on the Merchant Interest Survey. They say it can be ready to launch

sooner than originally planned.

Our updated estimate for that project to be available is now Monday,

December 6.

I’ll have more details as we get closer to launch time for that project.

How very excited - this news snippet will spread excitement amongst the EarlyBird
Users - hopefully make us work harder to bring in more EB Users so that we can get
